Jobs come in three types:
Clients choose the type when posting; freelancers see it on the job listing before bidding.
Yes. Aviation is a global industry and AeroTalentPro is built to reflect that. The platform connects clients and freelancers across international borders, supporting engagements wherever the work takes place.
International use cases on the platform include:
Clients can be based anywhere and pay in US dollars. At launch, freelancers are paid to US bank accounts only. We plan to add the UK, Canada, Switzerland and European countries as Stripe makes them available to us.
Clients and freelancers are responsible for ensuring their engagements comply with applicable local regulations, work authorization requirements, and tax obligations in their respective jurisdictions. AeroTalentPro provides the platform — the professional relationship is between you and the client or freelancer you engage.
Yes. Aircraft transitions are one of the most demanding and time-sensitive events in aviation — and one of the strongest use cases for AeroTalentPro.
Transition events typically require a concentrated surge of specialized talent over a defined period. AeroTalentPro gives lessors, operators, and MROs direct access to experienced transition professionals without the lead time or overhead of traditional staffing.
Professionals available for transition support include:
Post a fixed-price or bid-based job with your timeline and requirements, and connect directly with professionals who have done this work before.
Yes. AeroTalentPro requires identity verification for all freelancers before they can receive verified status on the platform. Verification is completed through an independent third-party screening service.
Beyond identity verification, clients have access to:
AeroTalentPro provides the tools for informed hiring decisions. As with any professional engagement, we recommend reviewing a candidate's full profile, ratings, and work history before beginning a contract.
AeroTalentPro is built exclusively for the aviation industry. Professionals on the platform include:
Don't see your specialty listed? Create a profile and let your credentials speak for themselves. AeroTalentPro's category taxonomy continues to grow with the platform's professional community.
Traditional aviation staffing agencies can be slow, expensive, and built for permanent or long-term placements. AeroTalentPro is designed for the way aviation work actually happens — project-based, time-sensitive, and highly specialized.
Here's what's different:
When a client posts a job, they choose whether to post it as a task (typically smaller, self-contained work) or a project (larger, longer-running engagements).
Today, both Individual and Company accounts can view and bid on all jobs, including project-level work. Your account type does not currently restrict what you can see or bid on.
Access to project-level jobs may become limited to Company accounts in the future. Account type is also difficult to change after signup. So if you expect to take on large projects — whether you're an established firm or an individual who works at that scale — register as a Company. Otherwise, Individual is the right choice.
AeroTalentPro is a specialized marketplace connecting aviation organizations with verified aviation professionals for both remote consulting and on-site technical support. Clients can post fixed-price or bid-based engagements, review qualified candidates, negotiate terms, and begin work — without the overhead of traditional staffing.
Clients — MROs, lessors, operators, and OEMs — get direct access to specialized aviation talent for short-term and long-term needs. Whether it's a lease return, records audit, maintenance event, or engineering support, AeroTalentPro connects you with the right expert on your timeline and budget.
Freelancers — A&P mechanics, CAMO engineers, technical records specialists, DERs, and other aviation professionals — can find opportunities that match their credentials and availability, and build a client base beyond their current network.
To sign up, follow the steps below:
Post a job on AeroTalentPro and let qualified aviation professionals come to you.
There are two types of job postings:
Fixed-Price — You set the scope and budget. Browse verified freelancer profiles and select the right expert directly based on credentials, experience, and availability.
Bid-Based — Post your requirements and receive bids from qualified candidates. Review proposals, negotiate terms, and select the best fit for your project.
Both options give you direct access to verified aviation professionals without recruiter fees or long-term hiring commitments.
AeroTalentPro gives aviation professionals a direct channel to organizations that need their expertise — without the middleman.
Create your profile, list your credentials and certifications, and browse opportunities that match your skillset and availability. Whether you're between contracts, looking to supplement your current work, or building a independent consulting practice, AeroTalentPro connects you with clients who need what you bring to the table.
Opportunities range from remote records audits and engineering consulting to on-site maintenance support, lease transitions, and inspection oversight — wherever the work takes you.

AeroTalentPro does not assign or guarantee work.
The platform connects you with aviation organizations that need your expertise — but finding and winning engagements is up to you. Browse available jobs, submit competitive bids, and let your profile, credentials, and ratings do the talking.
The stronger your profile and track record on the platform, the better your visibility to clients looking for exactly what you bring to the table.
For both freelancers and clients, once you log into your account, you are directed to the homepage of the platform.
To view your account details and manage the settings, click the profile icon at the top right corner of the page and go to "dashboard."
On your dashboard, you will be able to manage everything for your account including updating your details.
Clients can post jobs from the dashboard, and manage the jobs in progress.
Freelancers can review the jobs that are currently in progress, and look for more jobs.
If several sign-in attempts fail in a row, the system temporarily blocks further attempts and emails you an alert — wait a few minutes and try again, or reset your password.
Password reset links are valid for 24 hours — shorter than the one-week validity of the email verification link, so if some time has passed, request a fresh one from Forgot Password rather than reusing an old email.
Tick Remember me at sign-in to stay logged in on that device.
Click Sign in with Google and authorize with your Google account. If it's your first time, you're taken into the normal registration form with your name and email pre-filled — you'll still choose Client or Freelancer, pick a username, set a password, choose your country, and accept the Terms & Conditions.
Google sign-in isn't a shortcut around registration — it just saves you retyping your name and email.
Your password must be 8 to 15 characters and include at least one letter and one digit.
The 15-character maximum is the thing people trip on most — a long passphrase will be rejected. If your password isn't accepted and it meets both rules above, try removing uncommon symbols.
Yes, you can absolutely change your email address at any time. To change this visit - your dashboard > Account Settings > Change Credentials. Then, enter your new email address, verify your password, and click Save.
With this, a verification email link will be sent to your new email address. Click it to verify your new email. And with this, your email address will be updated accordingly.
Once you have registered on the platform, you will receive an email on your email address with a verification link.
Click this link to verify your account.
Once done, log into your account to take the next step.
Yes, you can change your name on the platform.
To do this - go to Your Dashboard > Account Settings > Personal Info.
Edit your name and click Save.
Clients pay through Stripe by:
A single card checkout can be up to $25,000. Larger work is split into more milestones or weeks. We plan to add bank transfer options for large company jobs later.
AeroTalentPro doesn't use PayPal, wallets, account balances or gift cards.
Freelancers are paid by Stripe directly to the bank account they set up in their Stripe payout account.
If you have a problem with a payment, contact our support team.
In this case, you can place a request for a skill to the platform's admin. The admin will review and approve accordingly.
Requests can be placed from your dashboard easily. There are three types of requests you can place including:
- Spoken Language Request
- Soft Skills Request
- Skills Request
Sometimes, it can take about a week for the management to look into the request you placed. If, however, the request hasn't been updated, you can contact us on the support email to escalate the matter.
Furthermore, if the request is denied, it means that we do not approve the skill and will not be offering the respective service on our platform.
Accepted file types are PNG, JPG/JPEG, GIF, PDF, DOC/DOCX, ZIP, and TXT.
Size limits differ by where you're attaching:
A file that's fine in a message may still be rejected on a job post, since the job-posting limit is lower — if an upload fails with no error, that's usually why.
It usually takes about 7 working days for the management to investigate the skill request you placed.
However, if the request hasn't been approved after this time limit, you can contact us via our support email to escalate the matter.
The Skills, Soft Skills, and Languages lists are filtered by category. Until you select a category, those lists have nothing to filter and will show "No results."
Choose your category first, then the relevant skills will appear and become selectable. If your specific skill still isn't listed after selecting a category, you can request it be added — see "What happens if I can't find my skill in the list provided?"
To keep large payments safe for everyone, a single card checkout is limited to $25,000. Split larger work into more milestones or weeks. We plan to add bank transfer options for large company jobs later.
We fight every card dispute with the job's records. If the client's bank decides against us, the amount is recovered from the freelancer's earnings, as the Terms describe. If we later recover it from the client, it goes back to the freelancer.
Either side can raise a dispute on the job. Nothing is released while it's open. An AeroTalentPro administrator reviews the job's record and decides: release to the freelancer, refund to the client, or a split between them. Any amount returned to the client goes back to the original payment method, less the card processor's fee on it.
Refunds go back to the card or payment method the client used. The refund is what was paid, less the card processor's fee on that money. For example, a full refund of a $1,120 payment returns $1,087.22. If money is refunded before it is released, the client fee and the freelancer's commission on it are refunded too.
Yes. Every freelancer sets up a Stripe payout account, linked from your dashboard. Stripe verifies your identity and holds your bank and tax details, and pays you directly. You can set it up any time after sign-up, and a client can't fund your job until it's done. You accept Stripe's Connected Account Agreement as part of setup.
No. AeroTalentPro doesn't offer gift cards, wallets or account balances. All payments are made by card through Stripe.
Under your dashboard, go to Job orders to view the history of all the orders made (for clients) or received (for freelancers). You will be able to view every detail for each order and its invoice as well.
Clients: you enter your card, or choose Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, on Stripe's secure checkout page each time you fund a milestone or week. AeroTalentPro doesn't store your card details.
Freelancers: your bank account is set up and changed in your Stripe payout account. From your dashboard, open Payouts and follow the link to Stripe. AeroTalentPro doesn't hold your bank details.
Clients: there's nothing to remove. Cards aren't saved to your AeroTalentPro account; you choose how to pay at each checkout.
Freelancers: change or remove your bank account in your Stripe payout account (Dashboard > Payouts > the link to Stripe). You need a working bank account in Stripe to be paid.
Every job is funded before the work starts, one piece at a time:
The card is charged the amount plus the client fee. The freelancer's share goes into the freelancer's own Stripe account, where it is held with payouts paused until it is released. AeroTalentPro never holds the freelancer's share; our client fee and commission come to us at the time of the charge.
A milestone must be scheduled to finish within 60 days of funding, and every funded milestone or week is settled within 90 days.
Payment may have gone through more than once because:
If you have been billed more than once, please contact Customer Support. To speed things up, have the invoice number and payment details ready. A duplicate charge is refunded to the card or payment method you used.
AeroTalentPro serves aviation organizations that depend on qualified, trustworthy professionals. Identity verification is a required step for all freelancers before receiving verified status on the platform.
Verification is completed through an independent third-party screening service and is designed to be straightforward. You will be guided through the process during onboarding.
Verified status signals to clients that you are who you say you are — and in aviation, that credibility matters.
Yes, you can easily change your password at any time under your dashboard > Account Settings > Change Credentials.
If, however, you have misplaced your password, you can get a reset link on your email address by using the forgot password option on the sign in page.No — a review can't be edited or deleted once submitted, and each side can only leave one review per job. Make sure it says what you mean before you submit it. If a review is a genuine mistake, contact our support team
Firstly, we try our best to ensure that this situation never comes up.
However, if you come across someone who is spamming you or troubling you, contact our support team immediately. We will ensure that the respective person is dealt with instantly. And if things do not get better, we will remove the person from the platform.
You can edit your job posting up until the first freelancer bids on it.
Two things to know before you edit. Saving changes to a published job returns it to draft — it comes off the public listing until you publish it again, so always republish after editing or freelancers won't see it.
Once the first bid is submitted, the job is locked. It can no longer be edited, deleted, or have its status changed. If a posted job needs to change after bidding has started, contact our support team.
Yes, both. Click the favorite/heart icon on a freelancer's profile or in search results to save them for later — click it again to remove. To bring someone specific onto a job, open their profile and use Invite to Job, then pick one of your open postings; they'll get an email and an in-app notification.
The freelancer search box matches names, not skills — searching "avionics" looks for a freelancer named Avionics, and finds nothing.
To find freelancers by expertise, use the Skills filter rather than the search box. You can also post your job and let qualified professionals bid on it, which is usually faster than searching.
Your profile shows your average star rating and review count, your job-success percentage, your hourly rate, your bio, the date you joined, your listed services, and client feedback. Job-success percentage reflects the share of your jobs that reached completion.
A complete, detailed profile is the biggest lever you have — clients rely on it heavily when deciding who to hire or invite.
Yes. Many aviation professionals on AeroTalentPro work independently alongside full-time employment — picking up inspection work, consulting engagements, records audits, and other short-term opportunities that fit their schedule and credentials.
AeroTalentPro does not restrict participation based on your employment status. However, we recommend reviewing your current employment agreement to ensure that independent work is permitted under your existing terms.
As with any engagement on the platform, clients rely on freelancer ratings and reviews to evaluate performance and fit. Your reputation on AeroTalentPro is yours to build.
There's no "withdraw proposal" option — once submitted, a bid stays active unless the client rejects it. You can update a proposal's price, timeframe, or cover letter any time before the job is funded, so if your bid needs to change, edit it rather than trying to pull it back.
Not currently. New job postings aren't pushed out by email or alert, so the best way to catch opportunities early is to check the job listing regularly.
Clients can also invite you to a job directly from your profile — which is one more reason a complete, detailed profile is worth the time.
